Established over 20 years ago, Mareck Family & Geriatric Services has both the experience and community contacts to help assist you with a wide-range of your patients’ needs, including counseling, assessing and care management.

Mareck Family & Geriatric Services provides home-based and in-office mental health services to older adults and their families who are experiencing:

• Chronic illness
• Adjustment issues
• Depression and/or Anxiety
• Dementia
• Caregiver Stress

It is our experience that, when partnered with you—their family physician—our counselors are able to lower emergency room visits and after hours calls to your office. We work as a resource to both you and your patients. In fact, many physicians have shared with us that their patient’s quality of life is enhanced with the addition of our services.
