Our Team
Mareck Family & Geriatric Services is comprised of master-level social workers and bachelor-level social workers, with expertise in dealing with the multi-dimensional needs of older adults. Established in 1996, Mareck Family & Geriatric Services has both the experience and training necessary to help older adults and their families with aging-related needs. Our team, led by Gary Pollitz, LMSW, ACSW, consists of dedicated, caring counselors who are avalable for you.
Gary Pollitz, LMSW, ACSW
Gary Pollitz, LMSW, ACSW, graduated from Michigan State University and holds the Academy of Certified Social Workers accreditation. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Former Member of the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Michigan Chapter Board, Michigan Society of Gerontology and the Tri-County Office on Aging Advisory Board. His areas of special interest include: gerontology, homebound in-home counseling and severe medical and mental illness.
